Choose a course that meets once a week for 10 weeks OR a course that meets twice a week for about 6 weeks (a more intensive course).
CCHI Certification Grants Available
The top (1) student in each of the courses for 2026 will be awarded a CCHI certification grant! This grant will cover partial fees (application and written exam) for full CCHI certification for CHI™ or CoreCHI-P™ as appropriate for the language pair.
The grantee must complete the certification process within 6 months of the official completion date of their course, which is the date the final exam window closed. The grantee will be chosen based on performance and test scores during the program. The grantee will be announced about 2 weeks after the last class meeting of their course. The Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters owns the certification marks CHI™ and CoreCHI-P™ in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CCHI’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
